Hiring Roles

As a US Tax Specialist

You will oversee daily tax operations, prepare and review returns across multiple entity types, support R&D tax credits, manage tax calendars, and improve tax systems and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience; 5 years preferred
  • 5 years of hands-on US tax return preparation (Individual, Partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp, K-1s)
  • Strong federal and state tax compliance experience
  • Experience supporting R&D tax credits
  • Tax software experience, preferably Intuit ProConnect
  • QuickBooks Online experience is a plus

As a Director of Accounting, Asia

You will lead regional accounting operations across multiple Asian entities, oversee statutory reporting, strengthen compliance, mentor finance leaders, and support strategic decision-making aligned with global objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant with 10+ years post-qualification experience
  • Relevant degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong GAAP knowledge, including HK GAAP and PRC GAAP
  • Experience with Certinia Financial Management (formerly FinancialForce) preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Mandarin proficiency desirable but not required

As an Accounts Payable Specialist

You will manage invoice processing, vendor coordination, and accounting support while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Mortgage industry experience highly preferred
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

As an AU Paraplanner

You will prepare compliant and concise Statements of Advice, model financial strategies, support advisers through Xplan expertise, and collaborate with global financial planning teams.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of paraplanning experience, preferably with Australian exposure
  • RG 146 accreditation is an advantage but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or related field
  • Advanced Xplan experience preferred
  • Exposure to adviser strategy discussions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in insurance pre-assessment

As an AU Tax Accountant

You will review tax controls across multiple Australian entities, manage BAS and GST reporting, ensure compliance, and support large-scale construction operations.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or similar field (CPA-eligible)
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Australian accounting and taxation within public practice
  • Strong knowledge of Australian tax accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with accounting software systems

As a US Tax Accountant

You will support Tax Managers by preparing and reviewing tax returns, managing federal and state compliance requirements, contributing to tax planning initiatives, and identifying optimization opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience preparing and reviewing US tax returns
  • Exposure across Individual, Partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp, and K-1 filings
  • Strong understanding of federal and state tax compliance

As a Junior Accountant

You will assist with financial statement preparation, income tax returns, BAS lodgments, reconciliations, and administrative accounting tasks while gaining exposure across multiple accounting functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience
  • Australian accounting exposure preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exposure to Xero or MYOB preferred but not required

As a Bookkeeper

You will manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles
  • At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience (AP and AR)
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping software
  • Experience with Reckon preferred; Xero or QuickBooks acceptable
  • Ability to prepare, review, and interpret financial statements
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
